A layout drawing from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series The Flintstones (c. 1960s). Featuring the stone-age patriarch, Fred Flintstone, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The drawing was used in the creation of the 1964 episode titled "The Gruesomes." Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 4.75"x3", the drawing is in very good condition with minor handling wear and discoloration due to age and studio use.
