An original Disneyland Resort Rivers of America aerial photo and press release from 1960. Featuring three short anecdotes about the park, the release details birds interacting with the audio-animatronic fowl in the new attraction, Nature's Wonderland, Russian guests visiting the park, and a new joke for the Jungle Cruise. The packet also includes an aerial photograph of the beautiful Rivers of America, with a paragraph taped to the back boasting Tom Sawyer's Island, and Nature's Wonderland, an "1.8 million dollar addition to the Magic Kingdom." The press release materials belonged to the Disney Legend Milt Albright, creator of the Magic Kingdom Club and the concept of Grad Nite, still a success at the parks. Measuring 11"x9.5" overall, the press release and photograph are in very good condition with handling wear, particularly the edges of the paper, and discoloration due to age and use. The release taped to the back of the photograph has come unstuck likely due to the age of the original adhesive.
